The 2025 Falls Lavender Fest is a celebration of Lavender! We’re celebrating the scent, color, flavor, and decorating influence of Lavender on Saturday, July 19th, 10-4 pm. Join us for a sea of vendor booths, food offerings, and entertainment at beautiful Village Park in Menomonee Falls Downtown!

Vendor Booth Information
 

The 2025 vendor booth fee is as follows:
 

• RETURNING vendors:

  • $150 for one 10x10 space.

  • $300 for one 20x10 space. 
     

• NEW vendors:

  • $200 for one 10x10 space.

  • $400 for one 20x10 space. 
     

You will be required to supply your own canopy, tables, chairs, etc. There is limited power and no wifi available in the park.

Food Truck Vendor Information

The 2025 food truck vendor fee is as follows:
 

• $150 for trucks 15 feet or less.
• $300 for trucks over 15 feet.​

There is limited power and no wifi available in the park. Food trucks may use a generator but it must be quiet.

​

The Falls Lavender Fest Committee will review all applications for vendor spaces. Staying true to the spirit of Lavender Fest, we ask that vendors try to have AT LEAST ONE offering related to lavender (scent, flavor, color, or design). This is not required but placement priority will be given to those vendors with offerings that tie back to our lavender theme in some way. 

​We reserve the right to deny exhibit space to any group or organization. If you have questions about the appropriateness of your group or business for this fest, please feel free to contact the Falls Lavender Fest Committee at any time BEFORE the application process.
