Our vendor spaces are FULL.

If you would like to be added to our wait list or our list for next year, please contact us!

We are excited to share the vendor setup instructions and booth placement for the 4th Annual Falls Lavender Fest on July 20th in beautiful Village Park in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

Please be sure to SHARE THE EVENT so that your customers will know where to find you! Here’s a link for your convenience:  https://www.facebook.com/events/4339118119646844

Please read these instructions in their entirety!

Please consult the VENDOR MAP to find your assigned spot. Please understand that we CANNOT move any vendors or make any changes to the map at this point. Thank you for your understanding.

Morning Helpers

Set up of your space may begin at 8 am (no earlier, please). We are very fortunate to have the assistance of the Knights of Columbus for morning setup again this year. If you're having trouble finding your booth location or need assistance of any kind, please let them know. There will be a "captain" for each section of booths. They will make sure you’re in the right spot and can help with any questions you might have. They will be wearing bright purple "CREW" lanyards.

  • If your booth is located on the grass, your booth number will be marked with construction paint on the grass.

  • If your booth is located on a paved area, the ground will be marked with a cone bearing your booth number.

Food Truck/Stand Vendors

Set up may begin at 8 am (no earlier, please). Please enter the park by turning onto Optimist Way from Appleton Avenue near Kreuger’s Bowling Alley. There will be a Knight at the entrance to the Food Vendor parking lot to check you in and help guide you into your spot. Optimist Way will not be accessible from Garfield. The road will be closed at that end.

Canopy Placement

Please place your canopy so that your booth number is centered between the BACK legs of your canopy. We have intentionally left space between canopies to allow for better airflow. All canopies must be appropriately weighed down for safety. Merchandise may not encroach into another vendor's space. Please be a good neighbor and help out those around you.

Parking/Unloading

Please DO NOT, under any circumstances, pull onto Optimist Way unless you are a food truck vendor. You will be asked to move your car.

You may temporarily pull into a parking spot on Garfield Drive to unload your items into your designated space.

After you have unloaded everything into your booth space, please move your vehicle right away to make room for other vendors to unload. Vehicles must be moved to the North Middle School parking lot (the parking lot on the opposite side of the school on Garfield) OR to the very end of Garfield Drive.

All booths must be “show ready” no later than 9:45 am (all merchandise on display, ready to take a transaction, with any extra boxes under tables or neatly stacked at the back of your booth space).

Tear Down Instructions

Tear down of your vendor booth may begin at 5 pm. Vendors that tear down their booth before 5 pm risk not being approved for Falls Lavender Fest in the future. You must remove everything you bring in with you. All garbage must be placed INSIDE garbage cans. Please do not stack empty boxes or garbage next to the garbage cans.

Lost Child Area
The beer garden is our lost child location. If you find a child that’s separated from their parents, please take them to the beer garden and let one of the Knight’s know. We will make a stage announcement to reunite them with their parents.

Restrooms

There are blue portable restrooms at the park as well as restroom structures adjacent to the Optimist Way parking lot and near the Splash Pad.

Event Schedule

  • 8 AM - Booth setup may begin. Please unload everything into your booth space, then move your vehicle right away to make room for other vendors to unload.

  • 9:45 AM - Be completely setup and ready to sell

  • 10 AM - Kickoff / Falls Lavender Fest officially begins

  • 5 PM - Vendor Marketplace closes

Questions BEFORE the Event

Please email fallslavenderfest@gmail.com for any questions you might have. We will respond as quickly as possible.

Questions DURING the Event

Please visit the Information Booth for assistance or find a Knight wearing a purple lanyard to help. We will NOT be monitoring email during the event.

Weather Policy
The show will go on, rain or shine unless the weather represents a significant safety hazard. In the event that we have dangerous weather conditions, we will make an announcement from the stage.

Health & Safety

The summer heat can take a toll on vendors and guests alike. Please make a plan to stay well-hydrated and dress appropriately for hot weather and direct sun all day. In the event that you are not feeling well and need assistance, please let a Knight know right away.

We strongly recommend bringing a helper with you so that you can take a break to get something to eat/drink. The lines for food can be a bit long so please plan accordingly. Alternatively, become friends with your booth neighbors so you can take turns getting drinks and covering for trips to the bathroom, etc.

Thank you for being a part of Menomonee Falls Downtown's 4th Annual Falls Lavender Fest Vendor Fair! We can't wait to spend the day with you!
